Wonderful Stay!

textile boutiques interesting shops easy access

The hotel was located very close to textile boutiques. Many interesting shops were also nearby. Lalele Square provided a spot for walks. The main attractions were easily accessible from this location.

Our room was on the fifth floor. Breakfast was served directly above on the terrace. From 7 AM, moving chairs created a lot of noise.

The staff provided super nice treatment. One of the managers gave information about places to eat. He spoke good English and was kind.

Breakfast took place on the rooftop, with a great view. The coffee was delicious. I enjoyed fresh food and watermelons.

the staff was friendly , especially elvin.

i booked a triple room , but it felt quite small and cramped , moving around was difficult. the cleaner did not do a good job , and i found the room was not cleaned well . despite promises to improve , the cleanliness issues persisted .

the front desk offered helpful service ALWAYS. rooms ARE cleaned every day, and towels get changed. i found public transport options within five minutes of the hotel.
